Volunteer Information

LTHS Choir Volunteer Sign-Up

Parent support from our choir family is the foundation of the LTHS Choir Booster Club! In order to run an outstanding program, we ask each family to join a committee during the school year.

Please choose how you would like to help and a board member will contact you.

BANQUET COMMITTEE

Help with set up and clean up
Help with serving food

CONCERT COMMITTEE

Help fold choir programs
Help decorate before concert
Help with reserved seating for choir events
Help with set up and clean up

CAPES & CROWN COMMITTEE

Help set up and clean up at Capes and Crowns
Help collect tickets and money at Capes and Crowns
Help collect tables and coolers needed for Capes and Crowns
Help collect fundraising items for auction for Capes and Crowns

LOVE LUNCH COMMITTEE

Help collect food and set up food for Love Lunch
Help serve food at Love Lunch
Help clean up after Love Lunch

HOMECOMING COMMITTEE

Help with hosting decorating meetings
Help with homecoming float decorations

HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE

Help feed choir students before events
Assist the Hospitality Chair with pre-concert meal pickup and/or setup
Assist with meal pickup for choir associated events like TMEA or similar

SENIOR COMMITTEE - participants in this committee should be parents of freshman, sophmores and juniors (no senior parents, please!)

Help with Senior boards
Help with Senior Breakfast
Be on scholarship committee

SOCIAL MEDIA COMMITTEE

Social media updates for upcoming choir events
Help with creating graphics and animated gif's for social posts
Help with distributing messages on community and/or neighborhood pages

STUDENT SUPPORT COMMITTEE

Help put together treat bags for TMEA and UIL (can be done from home)
Help put together birthday bags for choir students (can be done from home)
Middle School Liaison to help publicize and organize events between schools

UNIFORM COMMITTEE

Assist the student equipment managers during uniform fitting at Round Up (happens prior to the school year)
Help with easy stitching or taking items to a nearby tailer
Help with uniform collection (end of year) and dropping off at dry cleaners/laundry or scheduling pickup
