Volunteer Information

LTHS Choir Volunteer Sign-Up

Parent support from our choir family is the foundation of the LTHS Choir Booster Club!  In order to run an outstanding program, we ask each family to join a committee during the school year.
Please choose how you would like to help and a board member will contact you.

  • Help with set up and clean up

  • Help with serving food

  • Help fold choir programs

  • Help decorate before concert

  • Help with reserved seating for choir events

  • Help with set up and clean up

  • Help set up and clean up at Capes and Crowns

  • Help collect tickets and money at Capes and Crowns

  • Help collect tables and coolers needed for Capes and Crowns

  • Help collect fundraising items for auction for Capes and Crowns

  • Help collect food and set up food for Love Lunch

  • Help serve food at Love Lunch

  • Help clean up after Love Lunch

  • Help with homecoming float

  • Help feed choir students before events

  • Help with Senior boards

  • Help with Senior Breakfast

  • Be on scholarship committee

  • Social media updates with upcoming choir events

  • Update website with up-to-date with information and pictures

  • Help put together treat bags for TMEA and UIL (can be done from home)

  • Help put together birthday bags for choir students (can be done from home)

  • Middle School Liaison to help publicize and organize events between schools

  • Help with uniform fitting at Round-Up

  • Help with uniform dispensing (beginning of year) and collection (end of year)

  • I want to help Choir - Let me know what you need

LTHS VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT

LTISD requires all volunteers to fill out this Volunteer Agreement.
